We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide under a limited period of time.
Cost of shipping is based on your order's total weight. To see the total cost of your order including shipping, please add the product(s) onto your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. You will see the total cost including shipping. There is no tax or handling fee.
Estimated International delivery time
All items are shipped using the Hong Kong International Postal Service - Registerad Air Mail (with tracking number).
*Please note that while it is a trackable solution tracking information will not be updated again until the package reaches its destination.
Valid Email Address Required. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address when placing an order. This email address is used to send a shipping notification when payment is accepted, and when the product ships. If you do not receive order confirmation by email, check to make sure you provided a valid emaill.

General Terms and Conditions
Shipping Days: In order to provide the best service possible, we will make every attempt to ship orders the day after they are received pending payment verification. Please note that no items will be shipped on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.
Customs Fees and Taxes: The customer agrees to pay all customs charges and taxes.
Customs Delays: All international delivery times are approximate, assuming there is no delay in Customs. If Customs intercepts a package it is not possible to predict how long the package will be delayed. Under normal circumstances with no customs delays, international packages can be expected within 5-10 business days. Contact us for express shippig cost to your contry.
Return Policy
If there are irremediable defects with the the product, you can return them for repair or replacement under our twelve month warranty, it will be the buyers responsibility to cover the shipping expenses to return the item. If you believe a mistake was made on your order, please contact us to work out a solution. If an error is made by HOUSEofDAP in processing your order and the item sent is incorrect, we will correct the issue at our expense.
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back to us. Contact Customer Support via this form to obtain an RMA. Remember to include your order number and specify whether you want a replacement or refund.
