Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped using the International Postal Service - Registerad Air Mail (with tracking number). *Please note that while it is a trackable solution tracking information will not be updated again until the package reaches its destination.
Valid Email Address Required. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address when placing an order. This email address is used to send a shipping notification when payment is accepted, and when the product ships. If you do not receive order confirmation by email, check to make sure you provided a valid email.

Need it faster? Quicker shipping options are also available for most items, including DHL Express/UPS delivery in 3-4 business days

Shipping Days: In order to provide the best service possible, we will make every attempt to ship orders the day after they are received pending payment verification. Please note that no items will be shipped on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays. Customs Fees and Taxes: The customer agrees to pay all customs charges and taxes. Customs Delays: All international delivery times are approximate, assuming there is no delay in Customs. If Customs intercepts a package it is not possible to predict how long the package will be delayed. Under normal circumstances with no customs delays, international packages can be expected within 5-10 business days. Contact us for express shippig cost to your contry.

We take only delivery details from you on our website. Credit Card Details are taken and processed via PAYPAL. Returns & Replacements
If there are irremediable defects with the the product, you can return them for repair or replacement under our twelve month warranty, it will be the buyers responsibility to cover the shipping expenses to return the item. If you believe a mistake was made on your order, please contact us to work out a solution. If an error is made by HOUSEofDAP in processing your order and the item sent is incorrect, we will correct the issue at our expense.
Warranty
All of our electrionic products are covered by a 12 MONTH WARRANTY, for return and repair / replacement. We check all your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards (e.g. NTSC/PAL) are correct for your country.
